All appointments must be scheduled in advance via our official booking platform.
A valid address and contact number are required for mobile services.
We reserve the right to reschedule in the event of inclement weather, unsafe working conditions, or vehicle ineligibility.
Payments & Deposits
Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
Select premium packages may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, cash, and checks.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling.
No-shows or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.
Vehicle Condition
Heavily soiled vehicles (e.g., excessive pet hair, mold, biohazardous waste, excessive staining) may incur additional fees or be refused service if not disclosed before the appointment.
Please remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before service. Ross Auto Detailing is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
Service Limitations
While we strive for perfection, some stains, defects, or scratches may be permanent and cannot be fully corrected.
Ceramic coating durability depends on environmental conditions and maintenance; we do not guarantee a specific lifespan.
Water & Power Access
For mobile services, we may require access to a water source and an electrical outlet if needed. The service vehicle comes equipped with a water tank and a generator

We are not responsible for existing damage, failed factory clear coat, or aftermarket modifications that may react unpredictably to professional detailing.
Marketing & Photography
We reserve the right to photograph vehicles before and after service for promotional use upon request. License plates and personal information will always be obscured unless consent is provided.
